Thank you for visiting and shopping at Legion Health. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • We do occasionally experience delays due to high order volumes or disruptions such as strikes or manufacturing delays by the factories. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We only Ship to your address and do not use P.O. Boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

  • Legion Health is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We will however, in good faith, ensure that you receive a new order and we will contact the courier and try have any items returned to us at no additional cost to you except patience. You will always recieve your order, this is our promise to all our customers. 
  • For damaged goods, Please save all packaging materials and goods until your claim is finalised.

**We currently do not ship outside the South Africa**
