How do I track my Order?

  • You can ask our Chat bot for an order status, by clicking on the 'Chat with us" button on the bottom left of your screen and filling in your order information.

Please note;

  1. Once we book the courier to collect your parcel, the system will automatically send you the tracking information via email.
  2. You can click on the tracking number on the email or click on the tracking number when you're logged into your shopping profile and you'll be directed to a page with live tracking information.
