When using the product for the first time, 

  • Add 1 scoop to 200-300ml of cold water & drink 15 minutes before training. 

When your body gets used to the stimluants contained in the Pre-workout or you feel as if it's not working as well as before, Increase to 2-3 scoops. 

It is advisable to give your body a break from stimulants or swap to another product when you feel it's not working like it used to.
