Tahini Wrap

Tahini is made from toasted ground hulled sesame seeds and can be enjoyed in sandwiches, salads, and soups. Copy this Nature's Choice five-minute Tahini Wrap recipe.

  

Ingredients

  •  4 tbsp Tahini
  •  1 Wholewheat Tortilla Wrap
  •  2 tbsp Sweetcorn
  •  2 tbsp Black beans
  •  1 tbsp Tomatoes, diced
  •  Sliced Half Avocado
  •  1 cup Chopped Lettuce

 Method

  1. Spread tahini over the tortilla wrap.
  2. Layer the rest of the ingredients on top of the tahini.
  3. Wrap it up and enjoy!
