Directions

Mix 1 level scoop with 300ml cold water and drink 15–20 minutes before training. If you are sensitive to stimulants, start with one scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 6 scoops in 24 hours. Drink at least 10–12 glasses of water a day.
