From careful packing to a delivery update in your inbox.
We prepare your order
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We pack orders between 6pm and 7am, with dispatch at approximately 8am.
Your parcel is dispatched
Once your order ships, we’ll email your shipment confirmation and tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 3 hours.
Follow your delivery
Use your tracking number to follow your parcel. Deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays.

When will my order arrive?
Allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing time is separate from courier transit time. Follow the tracking updates for your parcel’s delivery progress.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Your shipment confirmation email contains your tracking number once the order has shipped. Allow up to 3 hours for tracking to become active.
What if my parcel is damaged or goes missing?
Contact us with your order number if your products arrive damaged or your shipment goes missing. We will replace your order and ensure you receive what you ordered in good condition.
