Dosage and Directions: Mix 1 rounded scoop into 200-300ml of water and shake well. Consume before and during training. An additional serving can be taken after an intense workout for optimal recovery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If you receive damaged products or your order goes missing. We will replace your order and ensure that you recieve what you ordered, in good condition.

Return policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Return your Order

  1. Email your return request to info@legionhealth.co.za
  2. We will book a courier to collect the parcel from you within 2 days.
  3. Once the item is returned, your refund or exchange will be processed.
