Per serving:

• Creatine monohydrate (micronised): 3,000mg
• BCAAs (2:1:1): 2,000mg – L-leucine 1,250mg, L-isoleucine 625mg, L-valine 625mg
• Electrolyte stack (sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, coconut water powder): 618.5mg

Other ingredients: Maltodextrin, flavouring, citric acid, anti-caking agent, non-nutritive sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame-K), colourant.

Allergens: None declared. Made in a facility that also handles soy, milk, gluten, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts.

Directions

Mix 1 rounded scoop into 200–300ml of water and shake well. Sip before and during training. An extra serving can be taken after an intense workout for recovery. Drink plenty of water throughout the day while using this product.
