Beesting Creatine Monohydrate helps improve your strength, power and intensity during resistance training. When used in conjunction with resistance training, Creatine has been proven to increase lean muscle mass and strength. Making your muscles work harder and longer, improving their overall look and function. During intense exercise your body uses your natural creatine within the body.
Supplementing with Beesting Creatine will replenish your depleted stores, leading to optimum results during exercise.
DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 1 heaped teaspoon in a glass of water or fruit juice and drink right after exercise. if required, dissolve a second teaspoon in water and drink 30 minutes before bed. best taken on an empty stomach to optimize absorption and functionality.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Return your Order

- We will book a courier to collect the parcel from you within 2 days.
- Once the item is returned, your refund or exchange will be processed.
