Sizing isn't always easy, but we're here to help.

We're happy to exchange your ring for a new size!

We don't charge restocking fees for exchanges & offer full refunds for returns – Up to 30 days after delivery.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Exchanges:

Legion Health will offer and honour free size exchanges up to 30 days after the delivery date.

A free exchange is only offered once, any additional exchanges will incur delivery charges.

The only exceptions to the date range will be when a customer has purchased in advance for a wedding, or similar, and the intended recipient has not worn the ring in the 30 day window.

If a customer requires a second exchange they must contact Legion Health within one week of the delivery of the exchange. Exchanges must be in a like-new condition. Meaning no signs of visible wear, no discoloration, and no alterations.

Returns:

Legion Health will return and refund a ring if it is within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns must be in a like-new condition. Meaning no signs of visible wear, no discoloration, and no alterations.

Limitations:

Limitations to our lifetime warranty does not include size changes due to weight gain/loss, scratches or damages occurred due to abuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, deliberate deformation, use contrary to normal behavior, or loss of the ring.

Wood and Everything Else:

Legion Health offers a limited lifetime warranty for wood and carbon fiber rings and all other rings. If the ring is outside of the warranty limitations, Legion Health will offer a discount for the purchase of a new ring.

Limitations:

Limitations to our limited lifetime warranty does not include size changes due to weight gain/loss, scratches or damages occurred due to abuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, deliberate deformation, use contrary to normal behavior, or loss of the ring. Additionally extended submersion in water will void the limited lifetime warranty of your wood ring. Our wood rings are not meant to be submerged in water and we will not warranty a ring that has been submerged in water. Additionally your warranty will be voided if the ring was clearly abused or damaged was caused by anything outside of normal wear.
