Directions

1. Take 1 capsule with an 240ml glass of water on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning before breakfast.
2. Optional 2nd serving: Take your second serving (1 capsule) early afternoon, on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before you eat a meal.
3. On workout days, take 1 capsule 30-60 minutes before your workout.
4. Never take more than 2 capsules daily.
5. Drink at least ten 240ml glasses of water daily.
