An exceptional choice for the hard gaining athlete, with over 428 calories per single serving, combining 2g of creatine monohydrate and 20 vitamins and minerals with a combination of low and high GI carbohydrates, including fructose, waxy maize starch and maltodextrin, totalling 60g of carbohydrates per serving (50%).
- Mix 2 scoops (±120 g) with 300-400 ml of cold water or milk in a shaker. (Vary the amount of liquid to achieve desired consistency.)
- Drink 2-4 servings daily with one serving within 20 minutes of exercise.
- To increase your protein and calorie intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use milk.

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

- Orders are dispatched at ~8am daily.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We only Ship to your address and do not use P.O. Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3 hours.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
- If you receive damaged products or your order goes missing. We will replace your order and ensure that you recieve what you ordered, in good condition.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Return your Order

- We will book a courier to collect the parcel from you within 2 days.
- Once the item is returned, your refund or exchange will be processed.
